Collection and Processing of Non-personal Data
When the “Experience Macao” Application (“the App”) is downloaded from App Store or Google Play Store, your mobile phone model and software version will be recorded. Our App will also record information about your operation on our App through Google Analytics for referential use of the App developer. Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) may use the statistical data to optimize and upgrade the App. No personally-identifiable information will be collected during the aforementioned process of data collection.

Geographical location 
“Game”, “Map” and “AR View” are all location-based features that require location services in the App. Therefore, our App has to collect information of your geographical location in order to provide relevant location-based information. Such data will be used only for the App’s location services and processed within the App only. MGTO will not store the collected data.

Third-Party Features
The App supports the “Share” feature provided by third-party applications or websites. Since the privacy policies of other third-party applications or websites are not governed by MGTO, please refer to the privacy policies of the relevant services before using these features. MGTO does not hold any liability for the privacy policies of other third-party applications or websites.

External Links
Certain information in the App may contain external links to other websites. You will automatically leave the App upon clicking of these external links to other websites. The privacy policies of these websites may be different from that of this App. MGTO is not liable for the content and privacy policies of these websites. Therefore, please refer to the privacy policies of these websites before visiting the websites hyperlinked from the App.

Modifications to the Privacy Statement 
MGTO reserves the right to modify the content of the Privacy Statement at any time. For your kind attention, any updated version will be posted under the “Settings” in this App without prior notice.
